«Museums under pressure. An overview of complec interrelations».

Presentation by Kathrin Pabst at the International Federation of International Human Rights Museums, FIHRM, conference in Oslo, Norway.

The Norwegian Museum Network for Democracy and Human Rights (Demokratinettverket) connects museums and other institutions that address human rights issues and collaborates to promote democratic citizenship.

Since 2017, Demokratinettverket has been affiliated with the Federation of International Human Rights Museums. In September 2022, the network will organize the annual FIHRM conference in Oslo, Norway.

This year’s main conference for The Federation of International Human Rights Museums will be about re-connecting people, making new professional acquaintances, and bringing people together to learn, encourage and strengthen the work done by human rights museums worldwide.
